This cute 2 bedroom house with big fenced back yard and beautiful back porch is set among ancient live oaks draped in Spanish moss. The place could sleep 8, but I recommend no more than 4 adults. Two bedrooms (a queen size bed in one bedroom and two double beds in the other bedroom) and pull out sofa bed in the living room. Bed sheets are all organic cotton. There is one bathroom recently remodeled with nice tile shower. Other amenities available with the house include:
-Fully stocked kitchen with appliances/utensils (no dishwasher) -Fast WiFi -Four bikes for renters to use -Three off street parking spots
-A charcoal Weber kettle grill (utensils provided, charcoal is not)
-Picnic table in backyard for outdoor dining
-Linens provided (sheets, house towels, washcloths, dish towels, dog towels)
-Beach items provided (beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, assortment of beach toys/games, sunscreen)
-Kitchen appliances provided (single cup Keurig, Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker, blender, small air fryer, electric kettle, toaster oven, ice trays) - 3 HD Flat Screen TVs (Roku and YouTube TV service) - Nice sound system - DVD player -Full size washer and dryer

--EASY TO GET IN--You will enter the house using a keypad. No paperwork to sign or chasing realtors begging for keys.
Location/Beach Access
--EASY TO GET TO THE BEACH-- The beach is about two miles from the property. If you choose to drive, there is plenty of free parking available at the Old Coast Guard Station. If you're biking or walking, there's a beautiful, shaded route to get to the beach on backroads so you can avoid the main road of Frederica. Message host if you have any questions about best routes and/or landing spots at the beach!
--LOCATION--
The location of the house is hard to beat. It's a 5 minute drive/15 minute bike ride to the beach, 5 minutes from both grocery stores on the island, and less than 5 minutes away from some of the best barbeque (Southern Soul), donuts (Dulce Dough), sushi (Fancy Q), and coffee (Wake Up) on St. Simons. Not only is the house in the perfect central location, the street the house is located on is calm and secluded with no through traffic. 
Additional notes:
**we only do one night rentals when it is two weeks or less from the check in date or if it falls on the day before or after another booking. ** I do provide a "starter" roll of paper towels and TP.

Summary: We have booked rental properties for years and years; so we have visited some properties that looked as old on the inside as they do on the outside. Not so with this older cottage. The inside was upgraded / restored not long ago, and the inside was spotless when we arrived. More important, all of the amenities are newer and 1st class. We selected this rental because of the fenced yard for our 2 small dogs, and we were not disappointed. The beds, linen, towels, kitchen appliances, were 1st class. Strong 2.4G WiFi and so much more. Willy was very responsive and helpful. This really is a 10* rental.

Summary: This was a wonderful place to relax. Great location for checking out beaches and islands in the area. The host Willy was very kind, his house is very accommodating. We had our 2 srvice dogs with us and the backyard is fenced and was great for them run around in their own space. We would definitely like to return again!

Summary: My wife and I had an impromptu trip to SSI to visit our son. We booked this great little house and had a fantastic stay. We used the included bikes, took a 6-mile round trip to dinner. This house was in a perfect location for quietness and close to everything.

Summary: Adorable house and great fenced in yard with a lovely back porch. The neighborhood is great for evening walks with the pups, and there is a nice marsh side trail you can access about a ten minute walk from the house. The hosts live in the adjacent property and were friendly. while giving us plenty of space to feel at home.

Summary: Thankful for all of the fine touches made by the property manager. Compiled book of restaurants, bicycle trails, and other activities. Kitchen has incidentals such as salt and pepper along with many spices. Cleanliness is next to Godliness! The place is so nice and clean. Hot water! Bicycles and beach necessities right on the property! Too many great things to list! We will be back!
